2017-03-22   Double Header Game Results!
FMRDL traveled to Edmonton on March 18th for a double header competition. First, the FMRDL Low Contact team played against Oil City’s Damaged Inc. in a low contact co-ed game. Both teams showed the importance of position and team work during the game. Damaged Inc. came out the victors with a score of 219 to 149. The second game was a full contact co-ed game between FMRDL's Crude Assassins and Oil City’s Near Death Oddities. The game was very close, with a score of 97 to 91 for the Crude Assassins during half time. The second half of the game showcased the Crude Assassins stamina, allowing them to take home the victory with a score of 236 to 181.

Junior roller derby program for males/females ages 5 to 17 begin on April 2! Come to MacDonald Island 7-8pm for an information session. Returning skaters will have an on skates practice.

Ready to become a roller derby player? 
Our Junior roller derby program begins April 2! The Fort McMurray Roller Derby League will share with you everything you ever wanted to know about roller derby and more! No previous skating skills required! The program teaches the basics from the ground up! Training is for to both males and females, ages 5-17, interested in playing roller derby.
Practices are between 1 hours long and will be every Sunday of each week. Advanced levels can also attend additional practices on Tuesdays of each week.
Required protective gear is not included but can be purchased online from:
